1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Docurest for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all plans (Pro and Enterprise), whether billed monthly or annually, and regardless of usage.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@docurest.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the email address associated with your account.
Refunds are processed by our authorized payment processor and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, you are charged immediately for the prorated difference. The 30-day guarantee applies from the date of the original purchase.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Payment Processor & Merchant of Record
All payments and refunds are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record. Docurest does not store your full credit card or billing information — all payment data is handled by our payment processor.
