Restrictions on the disclosure of personal data

We may engage external partners to perform tasks on our behalf, such as providing IT services, assisting with marketing, managing press releases, or conducting data analysis and statistics. These services might require our partners to access personal data. Any company processing personal data on our behalf must sign an agreement with us to ensure a high level of data protection, even when working with partners.

Docurest may also disclose personal data to third parties, such as public authorities, in the context of criminal investigations or if required by law or a public authority's decision. Docurest will not disclose personal data beyond what is described in this section.
